Erica is a registered dietitian with a Masters of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, a bachelor’s degree in business from Syracuse University, and founder of Jeweled Nutrition, a concierge nutrition private practice assisting families dealing with food allergies and intolerances.
Navigating food allergies or intolerances can be overwhelming, challenging, and isolating; not only for the child or young adult experiencing the allergy or intolerance, but additionally for the entire family.
